Job summary

Michael’s House is seeking a Business Development Representative in Southern California to promote recovery services and build relationships with referral sources. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, coordinating with the director and frontline teams to expand access to care across the San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles County areas.

Qualifications

3 years of marketing and/or sales experience in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting preferred; minimum 1 year required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business or related field.

Responsibilities

Promote the facility’s services to referral sources and the community.
Act as liaison between the facility, community, and referring individuals/organizations.
Travel as needed to cover territories in Southern California to generate leads and partnerships.
