Job summary

Michael’s House is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote services and develop referral relationships in Southern California. The role reports to the Business Development Director and involves liaising with the facility, community, and referral sources.

The position requires 3+ years in marketing/sales in behavioral health with a valid driver's license and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in marketing/business.
• 3+ years in marketing/sales in behavioral health, with 1 year minimum.
• Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the facility's services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Serve as liaison between the facility, the community and referring individuals or organizations.
• Schedule may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours as directed by the BDD.
