Job summary

The State of Maryland's Department of Health seeks a qualified administrator to plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maryland Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Grant implementation at the MDH Behavioral Health Administration in Catonsville.

This role ensures compliance with grant guidelines, coordinates care coordination improvements, expands service capacity, and oversees the program budget, working with a collaborative team to address behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Five years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
• Substitutions allowed: college credits or degrees may substitute for experience; military service can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Maryland CCBHC Planning Grant implementation.
• Oversee the program budget.
• Support care coordination improvements and address service gaps in Maryland’s behavioral health system.
• Ensure adherence to grant guidelines and promote sustainability of the CCBHC model.
