Job summary

Maryland Department of Health - Behavioral Health Administration in Catonsville is seeking an Administrator II to oversee day-to-day operations of the Maryland Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Grant implementation.

You will plan and organize grant execution to establish uniform Medicaid-covered services, ensure collaborative care coordination, and manage program budgets to expand behavioral health capacity and address service gaps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; five years of administrative or professional work experience (or substitutable through college coursework, degrees, or military service).
• Experience interpreting federal and state legislation and regulations.
• Experience delivering oral presentations.
• Experience with Medicaid.
• Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license for position duties.
