• Supervise and train R&I desk volunteers.
• Access hospital databases to direct guests to the correct location/department.
• Answer phones and triage calls with professional, courteous communication.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments; assist walk-ins.
• Label and manage patient belongings; coordinate item pickup.
• Maintain lobby environment and support teamwork/issue resolution.
• Volunteer management and training support for front desk duties.
