Job summary

Yoso Recruiting is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the daily operations of an inpatient substance use disorder treatment center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health operations, previous experience as a facility or site leader, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role oversees clinical, medical, and administrative operations, ensures compliance with licensing and accreditation

Qualifications

• Executive Director/Director of Operations or similar site leadership in behavioral health.
• Operational background in inpatient substance use treatment including detox and residential care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and facility performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, licensing, and Joint Commission or CARF standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including clinical, medical, and administrative departments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Manage budgets, staffing, operational KPIs, and overall facility performance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Drive operational improvements, staff retention, and organizational growth.
