Yoso Recruiting is helping a growing behavioral health organization in Ohio fill the role of Behavioral Health Hospital Administrator to oversee operations for an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in inpatient psychiatric hospital operations.
• Experience as Behavioral Health Administrator or similar leadership role in acute care.
• Experience with high-acuity inpatient psychiatric services.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and state licensing requirements.
• Experience with multidisciplinary hospital teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-acuity inpatient psychiatric hospital.
• Lead operational strategy, staffing, compliance, and patient census initiatives.
• Ensure facility readiness and compliance with Joint Commission standards and licensing.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high patient care and safety.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, staffing models, and hospital performance metrics.
• Collaborate on future expansion plans and new service lines.
• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community stakeholders.
