Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of nursing experience in substance abuse treatment, behavioral health, or detox/residential settings.
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Lead recruitment and training of nursing staff.
