Job summary

Nexus Health Systems in Houston, TX is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst II – Behavioral Health to support MEDITECH modules and behavioral health workflows. You will configure, test, and optimize EHR content, maintain documentation, and collaborate with clinicians and IT to enable safe, compliant patient care.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of healthcare IT experience with MEDITECH and strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation, translating clinical needs into system

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or healthcare-related clinical discipline is required.
2–3 years of healthcare IT experience with assigned clinical applications preferred.
Familiarity with behavioral health documentation and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and support behavioral health modules in MEDITECH.
Develop and maintain clinical documentation and order sets.
Coordinate with clinical leaders to evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement.
Provide end-user education and on-call support.
