Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist to lead EHR implementation and optimization across our behavioral health programs. You will align clinical workflows with Cantata Arize, coordinate with IT and vendors, and ensure regulatory and quality reporting standards.

Based in NY, the role involves travel to program sites, training staff, and supporting documentation, billing, and reporting needs within outpatient services and MAT/OTP operations.

Qualifications

• MSW or MHC required; licenses preferred.
• 2–3 years implementing or administering behavioral health EHRs.
• Knowledge of NY OMH Article 31 and OASAS Article 32.
• Translate regulatory and clinical requirements into configurations.
• Experience with data reporting and quality measures for audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead the transition from the behavioral health EHR MyAvatar to Cantata Arize.
• Implement, configure, and optimize Cantata Arize across the agency.
• Translate clinical, state, and regulatory rules into system configurations.
• Bridge clinical teams, IT, and vendors for rollouts and upgrades.
• Maintain workflows compliant with NY OMH/OASAS licensing standards.
• Support clinic workflows including MAT/OTP dispensing requirements and care coordination.
• Train staff on software use and policy updates.
• Provide end-user support and vendor escalation.
• Build and validate data reports for state submissions and audits.
