Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Epic experience, Certification in ClinDoc and Ambulatory, and a track record of successful go-lives across multiple behavioral health
Qualifications
- Current Epic certification in ClinDoc and Ambulatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Epic Application Analyst.
- At least 2 years of behavioral health Epic build experience.
- Minimum 2 completed Epic implementations/go-lives.
- Experience with behavioral health documentation and clinical workflows.
- Ability to work independently and support production troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Epic navigators, SmartForms, flowsheets, note templates, and SmartTexts.
- Develop behavioral health assessments and treatment planning workflows.
- Configure episodes, facility structures, orders, and referral preference lists.
- Support consent workflows and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements.
- Write and execute test scripts, identify defects, and troubleshoot issues.
- Resolve production tickets for live behavioral health departments.
- Maintain build documentation in build trackers and Sherlock.
- Support end-user training, go-live, and command center activities.
