Qualifications

• Experience in crisis, mental health concerns, or homelessness support.
• Training in trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented approaches.
• Able to engage residents with compassion while maintaining boundaries.
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and de-escalation techniques.
• Active involvement in faith-based service aligned with mission values.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload by assessing needs, developing goals, monitoring progress.
• Build trust-based relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Respond to crisis or safety concerns; involve leadership or responders as needed.
• Coordinate referrals with behavioral health, housing, and community providers.
• Assist residents with appointments, benefits, and housing steps.
• Maintain confidential documentation and participate in team meetings.
