Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Development Coordinator to support a broad Circle of Care approach across hospice, psychiatric and behavioral solutions, on a full-time basis in Indiana.

The role focuses on marketing services, building referral networks, and coordinating community outreach to improve patient access and outcomes. Qualifications

• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with public speaking.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel statewide ~25%.
• Experience working in or with SNFs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities and referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Present information about our services to groups and individuals.
• Visit facilities, establish meetings, attend conferences/marketing events, distribute company literature and develop relationships in the community.
• Track referral data and outcomes.
• Track and follow up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
