Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (Master’s Level) to support individuals in Home & Community-Based settings across Indiana. This full-time role emphasizes creating and implementing Behavioral Support Plans, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, and training care staff to ensure quality support.

The position offers a stable salary with bonus potential, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits, with travel across the assigned area to provide home visits and ongoing consultation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or ABA.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments for each person served.
• Develop Behavioral Support Plans based on Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Train and consult with direct care staff and team members on plan implementation.
• Collect data and monitor efficacy of behavioral support plans.
