Job summary

ViaQuest seeks a Behavioral Health Development Coordinator to expand referral networks and promote services across Indiana. This full-time role combines outreach, marketing, and partnership building with SNFs and community providers.

You will travel statewide ~25%, present program information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and an employee referral bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Present information about our services to groups and individuals.
• Visit facilities, establish meetings, attend conferences/marketing events, distribute company literature and develop relationships in the community.
• Track referral data and outcomes.
• Track and follow up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.

• Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.

• Day travel is required (approximately 25% statewide).
