Job summary

Davis Behavioral Health is hiring part‑time Psych Techs to support Crisis Recovery Unit (CRU) and Davis County Receiving Center (RC) programs in Layton, UT. You will engage clients in crisis, help maintain a therapeutic milieu, and assist clinical staff in treatment objectives.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred; a Spanish incentive stipend is offered. Proficiency with Word/Outlook and a background in clerical tasks is valued.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• No use of illegal drugs or alcohol abuse; contingent on drug screen results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to de-escalate crises and support recovery.
• Manage milieu and supervise clients on the unit.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and transport clients as needed.
• Complete duties as assigned by program supervisors.
