Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates, and monitors direct care activities for clients.
• Develops and facilitates therapeutic activities consistent with agency Model of Care.
• Offers interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
• Ensures safety of consumers and maintains cleanliness of milieu.
• Provides continuous monitoring of clients in crisis.
• Assists in facilitating and monitoring phone calls and visitation.

What You’ll Do

• Provides, coordinates, and monitors a variety of direct care activities for clients in the treatment environments.
• Develops, implements, and facilitates therapeutic activities consistent with agency Model of Care.
• Offers appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
• Ensures safety of consumers and maintains cleanliness of FBC milieu.
• BHC will provide continuous monitoring of clients in crisis and report behaviors to therapeutic and medical staff.
• BHC will participate in 1 to 1 monitoring of clients when deemed appropriate.
• BHC will assist in facilitating and monitoring phone calls and visitation to the FBC.
