Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within 2 years – IDFPR.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) within 2 years – IDFPR.
• Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC) within 2 years – IAODAPCA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days – AHA.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to assist patients/families in achieving treatment goals.
• Facilitates regularly scheduled group therapy sessions.
• Collaborates with families in the treatment process and discharge planning.
• Documents promptly and follows charting standards.
• Assists with assessments, admissions, and other groups when census is low.
