Qualifications

• Master's degree required for position.
• Certified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) within 2 years.

• 1–3 years of experience in addiction/behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to assist in achieving treatment goals.
• Completes ongoing assessments of Clients/ Clients and families.
• Collaborates with treatment team and community providers in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Adheres to Carle Health policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, TJC, OSHA).
• Maintains current licenses/certifications and completes mandatory education.
• Occasionally travels to other UPH facilities for work and drives own vehicle for business purposes.
