Job summary

Person Driven Clinical Solutions (PDCS) seeks a Manager of Behavioral Supports in Pennsylvania to lead a team of behavioral health professionals and provide clinical oversight for person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You'll supervise staff, develop BSPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement through mentoring, data analysis, and collaboration with families and providers in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum five years with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum two years as Staff Support Coordinator or Behavioral Support Specialist.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for BSPs and Restrictive Procedure Plans to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral, emotional, and environmental support needs.
• Lead development, review, and implementation of person-directed behavioral support plans.
• Supervise and coach Staff Support Coordinators and Behavioral Support Specialists.
• Facilitate team meetings with families, providers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and outcomes to guide treatment recommendations and service delivery improvements.
• Conduct quality reviews for compliance with standards and state regulations.
• Develop training opportunities and provide clinical education for staff.
