Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brief behavioral health assessments in a primary care setting.
• Provide brief, solution-focused interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and medical staff.
• Provide same-day consultative services and triage of psychosocial issues.
• Develop and implement behavioral health programs within the clinic.
