Job summary

Turning Point Family Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a motivated Community Liaison to support business development and outreach across our service areas. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field required.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, physician relations, community outreach, or behavioral health preferred.
• Relevant education may be substituted for experience where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally within assigned territories to develop referral relationships, conduct outreach activities, attend meetings, and represent TPFS in the community.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and community needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of business development and outreach plans.
• Support annual marketing initiatives and organizational growth strategies.
• Represent TPFS at community events, meetings, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities.
• Promote awareness of TPFS services and programs within the community.
• Track outreach activities and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to support new and existing programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach efforts and referral activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
