Job summary

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Liaison to join our Upstate SC team, promoting services and building referral networks. This role focuses on ethical marketing, strong relationships, and strategic sales planning to expand our community presence.

As a liaison, you will work with the Director of Business Development to enhance the facility’s brand, manage key accounts, and coordinate communications among providers, referrals, and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Experience in marketing/sales within behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and implement Sales Excellence and Service Recovery standards.
• Liaison between the facility and referral sources; conduct tours to key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for existing and potential referral sources within assigned territory.
• Coordinate communication among the facility, referral sources, patients, their families and the community.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inpatient, residential and outpatient programs and transportation services.
