Job summary

Turning Point Family Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated Community Liaison to support business development and outreach. You will build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to raise awareness of TPFS programs and services.

Responsibilities include local travel to develop referral networks, conduct market research, implement outreach plans, represent TPFS at events, track activities, and collaborate with clinical and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related field.
• Experience in business development, marketing, physician relations, or community outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally within assigned territories to develop referral relationships and represent TPFS in the community.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and community needs.

Community LiaisonLocationCharlotte, North CarolinaPosition SummaryTurning Point Family Services (TPFS) is seeking a motivated and community-focused Community Liaison to support business development and outreach initiatives throughout our service areas. This role is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of TPFS programs and services.
