Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for Behavioral Health to join our compassionate healthcare team. This full-time role involves PM and NOC shifts, providing high-quality resident care under a licensed nurse.

You will assist with daily living activities, support treatments, protect privacy, and contribute to a safety-focused, patient-centered culture. Competitive pay ($23-$25 per hour) with benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
