Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver essential nursing care, assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, ambulation and transfers, and help with treatments while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety in the facility.
