Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Seattle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will provide essential nursing care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include ADLs, ambulation and transfers, assisting with treatments, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety within the living environment.
