Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to provide safe, supportive care in a residential setting, coordinating client referrals and delivering health and wellness services. The role includes case management, treatment planning, and accurate clinical documentation to support recovery and community integration.

Responsibilities include overseeing medication processes, participating in program evaluations, and liaising with program staff, supervisors, and medical records staff.

Qualifications

• Screening and assessment of clients to develop treatment goals.
• Case load management and ensuring accurate medical records.
• Collaboration with clinical staff to coordinate care and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation of clients as needed and plans routes with external health partners.
• Meets with clinical staff to discuss observations relevant to treatment and safety.
• Conducts screenings to identify needs and develops appropriate treatment goals with intake documentation.
• Monitors daily caseload and audits medical records for quality and accuracy.
• Facilitates clinical groups and documents client responses.
• Provides direct support in Independent Living Skills, health and wellness, rehabilitation, and crisis management.
