Job summary

Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide individual therapy in Sussex and/or Warren counties, NJ. You will contribute to a collaborative care model with medical and psychiatric teams to support patient outcomes.

The role includes screening, treatment planning, and documenting care within the electronic medical record, while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards across the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, counseling, or related field.
• LCSW or LPC license is required or expected.
• Experience in clinical or counseling settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term behavioral health services, including individual therapy.
• Screen, assess, and monitor patients for mental health and substance use issues.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options.
• Deliver brief evidence-based interventions (CBT, behavioral activation, MI, etc.).
• Collaborate with medical and psychiatric teams on a shared plan of care.
