Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide short-term psychotherapy to adults. The role requires one evening per week on-site and a remote workday, with a flexible schedule and clinics in New Jersey.

The successful candidate will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual/group/family therapy, develop measurable treatment plans, and coordinate care with other professionals. Licensure in NJ or eligibility with supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• NJ licensure or eligible with supervision is required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for adult patients seeking behavioral health services.
• Complete and analyze evidence based screening tools and assessments.
• Provides individual, group and family counseling for adult patients.
• Develop treatment plans with clear problem statements, goals, and measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.
• Complete timely documentation and charting of patient encounters.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and planning.
• Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources.
