OSF HealthCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to deliver mental health services and engage patients with psychosocial concerns. You will perform psychosocial evaluations, interpret self-report measures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design evidence-based treatment plans.

Motivational interviewing guides your communication with patients and families. The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and state licensure (LCPC or LCSW).

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT with Behavioral Health experience; active credentials required.
• Skills: Interpersonal, team-oriented with excellent communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services and promote behavioral change for patients.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and synthesize data for treatment planning.
• Select and interpret self-report questionnaires to assist diagnosis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans.
• Utilize brief evidence-based therapies with motivational interviewing as the foundation.
• Monitor progress and revise treatment goals; may assist with group offerings.
