Jobot is seeking a Licensed Social Worker in Hartford, CT for a full-time, on-site role with loan repayment assistance. The position focuses on counseling diverse patients with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring needs within an integrated community health setting.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work and an active CT license (LCSW/LMSW or equivalent). Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field.
• Active Connecticut independent clinical license such as LCSW or LMSW.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients.
• Complete behavioral health intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Manage an active caseload and meet productivity expectations.
• Support clients with mental health, substance use, trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring conditions.
• Make referrals and coordinate care with other providers.
