Job summary

CommuniCare seeks a Bilingual Clinician to improve behavioral health outcomes for Latino communities in Connecticut. The role supports monolingual Spanish-speaking clients through assessments, treatment, care coordination, and community-based services across partner sites in CT.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work and CT LCSW, fluency in English and Spanish, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and CT LCSW licensure.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with serious mental health conditions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to provide bilingual assessments and counseling.
• Experience with culturally diverse Latino communities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services and treatment planning.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families, consumers, and community providers.
• Supervise the Bilingual Community Health Worker and support staff development.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and regulatory requirements.
