• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC) with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical diagnosis in conjunction with a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishment of a care plan.
• Champions integrated care model treatment guidelines in the primary care setting by providing approximately 6-8 sessions of short-term, focused treatment.
