Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a qualified behavioral health clinician to implement, coordinate, and oversee services. You will provide assessment and direct counseling to individuals and families, and ensure treatment plans are clinically appropriate and compliant with YAP policies.

Requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure in psychology, counseling, or social work. Evening/weekend hours possible; benefits include health coverage options and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field required.
• Professional license in psychology, counseling, or social work required.
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate, and oversee behavioral health services.
• Provide assessment and direct counseling to individuals and families.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented and clinically appropriate.
• Ensure services comply with YAP policies and state/federal regulations.
