Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a qualified behavioral health clinician to implement, coordinate, and oversee services. You will provide assessment and direct counseling to individuals and families, and ensure treatment plans are clinically appropriate and compliant with YAP policies.

Requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure in psychology, counseling, or social work. Evening/weekend hours possible; benefits include health coverage options and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • Professional license in psychology, counseling, or social work required.
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $45 (rate based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible hours; up to 40 hours per week possible; may include evenings and weekends.

Summary of the Position:

This position is responsible for implementing, coordinator, and overseeing behavioral health services. Provide assessment and direct counseling to the individual and family. Ensure that all components of the treatment plan are being implemented and are clinically appropriate as determined by the diagnosis and assessment. Ensure that all services are provided in compliance with YAP policies and State/Federal Regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in one of the following human services fields or related clinical field is required.
  • Professional License in the practice of Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.
  • Proficient with computers and Office 365; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
