Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Diagnostic Associate to deliver individual and group support, crisis intervention, and evidence-based behavioral health services to children and young adults with developmental or emotional disabilities in Indiana. The role collaborates with the treatment team to evaluate services and ensure consistent, trauma-informed care across outpatient settings.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in social work, psychology, counseling or applicable discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with challenging behaviors, developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving).
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provides crisis intervention for identified clients.
• Provides group support for identified clients.
• Ensures that consistent behavioral-based treatment occurs for clients.
• Participates in clinical staffing for clients in the Outpatient Clinic.
• Keeps abreast of current treatment technology, literature, practices, and regulations.
• Takes pride and ownership in Damar’s facilities and assigned work areas.
• Actively participates in and/or oversees data collection and the use of data to improve outcomes, practices and service delivery.
• Seeks the best use of materials, equipment and staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Acts as a good steward of Damar and/or client finances.
• Shows initiative by identifying solutions to work towards improving stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prioritizes duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth.
• Maintains neat, chronological records of clinical documentation with clients.
• Attends meetings, conferences, and workshops as recommended by the GSCI Manager.
• Achieves required productivity standards.
