Job summary
Damar Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Diagnostic Associate to deliver crisis intervention, individual and group support, and behavioral health services to clients with developmental disabilities or autism. You will support the treatment team, participate in clinical staffing, and help ensure consistent, evidence-based care across outpatient and on-site programs.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or applicable discipline is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with challenging behaviors, developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired.
- Be at least 21 years old per licensure requirements and have a valid Indiana driver’s license (if driving) and clean background.
Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention for identified clients.
- Provide group support for identified clients.
- Ensure consistent behavioral-based treatment across clients.
