Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician to develop and implement treatment plans for assigned clients.

You will provide individual and family therapy and support services while assisting the treatment team in evaluating clinical services. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, and licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or applicable discipline.
• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of social work or counseling experience.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical case load.
• Provides counseling services for identified clients and their support network.
• Performs comprehensive formal and functional assessments.
• Implements, coordinates, monitor, documents, and evaluate measurable treatment goals.
• Maintains required productivity.
• Participates in clinical staffing for clients.
• Interacts professionally with parents, school, medical personnel, and others stakeholders with professionalism and the highest levels of interpersonal and customer service skills.
