Damar Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician in South Richmond, Indiana. In this role, you will develop and implement treatment plans and offer individual and family therapy, contributing positively to our community.

You will be part of a mission-driven team at one of Indiana’s largest not-for-profits focusing on behavioral health and disability services. The position requires a master's degree and appropriate licensure. Great benefits are offered!

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; social work, psychology, or counseling preferred.
• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure required.
• At least 1 year of counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual and family therapy to clients.
• Maintain clinical case load and document treatment goals.
