VitalCore Health Strategies seeks a Full‑Time Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LMLP or equivalent) at El' Dorado Correctional Facility in El' Dorado, Kansas. The role conducts assessments and delivers mental health treatment in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Unit to support inmates’ well‑being.

The position requires licensure (LMSW/LPC or equivalent). Drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician who can administer assessments, make clinical decisions, provide Mental Health treatment, and hold LMSW, LPC, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Perform risk assessment of inmates; coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals and corrections; discharge planning.
• Assist inmates in planning and implementing treatment goals for their stay.
• Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
• Prepare documentation, records and reports as required.
