• Master’s in behavioral health and licensed at associate level with AZ BHEx.
• Licensure at associate or independent level with AZ BHEx is required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and ensure clinical staff meet licensure requirements.
• Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments with feedback and sign-off.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director to ensure programs meet policy, state, and federal requirements.
