Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical supervision and training across licensed and non-licensed staff within Arizona's integrated behavioral health programs.

The role requires an advanced behavioral health license and a track record in evidence-based practices, staff development, and crisis response; the Clinical Director collaborates with the Director of Crisis Services and Clinical Operations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health and/or licensed at the associate level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Licensure at Associate or Independent level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, MFT or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Current AZ Driving License.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to both licensed and non-licensed clinical staff.
• Deliver clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and periodically thereafter.
• Collaborate with Director of Crisis Services to develop clinical trainings and improve competencies.
• Conduct periodic fidelity audits to ensure fidelity to Evidenced Based Practices within clinical programs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultations, including during on-call shifts, per policy.
