Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related health or human services field with 2 years of clinical experience including 1 year with chemically dependent clients.
• Credentials CPC-AD / LCADC / LCPC / LCSW with at least 1 year supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to document and chart in regulatory-compliant fashion; knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, supervision and quality assurance of mental health and AOD clinical services including record keeping.
• Ensure services comply with county, state and federal regulations and HIPAA.
• Review treatment plans and case notes to meet regulatory standards; lead weekly case conferences.
• Assign cases, hire, train and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate liaison between referral sources, collateral agencies, and therapists.
