Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the behavioral health clinical team across Arizona.

The role requires a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board and the ability to provide supervision and training to clinical staff. As part of the Clinical Director and Operations team, you will develop trainings, oversee clinical assessments, and ensure compliance with policy, state and federal requirements while maintaining ethical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health and AZ license at associate or independent level.
• Fingerprint clearance card required and valid AZ driver’s license.
• Experience in crisis settings and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff per policy and state rules.
• Deliver clinical trainings during new employee orientation and throughout the year.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to develop trainings to improve care.
• Conduct staffing conferences and on-call clinical consultations.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments with staff.
