Job summary

CASL in Chicago’s Chinatown seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a diverse team of clinicians and supervise the delivery of trauma-informed, community-based behavioral health care. This role combines clinical oversight with staff development and administrative duties to ensure high-quality service across Behavioral Health and Brain Health programs.

You will maintain a small caseload while modeling evidence-based practices and supporting staff growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or social work with an IL license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical work in community mental health.
• Minimum 3 years in program management.
• 3–5 years of clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to direct reports and interns.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and compliance with funding rules.
• Carry a small caseload and model evidence-based practices.
• Develop workflows and coordinate care across Behavioral Health and Brain Health programs.
