Job summary

CASL seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a diverse team of clinicians delivering trauma-informed, community-based services in the Chicago area. The role combines clinical supervision with program growth support and administrative oversight, aiming to maintain high-quality care for clients of all ages and their families.

The position is based in Chicago with a Monday–Friday schedule and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate degree in a related field and licensure in Illinois.
• At least 5 years of clinical work in community mental health.
• 3+ years in program management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to direct reports.
• Conduct group supervision for clinicians and interns to support learning.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are compliant and timely.
