Job summary

Third Street Family Health Services, located in Marion, Ohio, is seeking a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health to lead and support our behavioral health clinicians and ensure compassionate, high‑quality care. You will guide staff, supervise clinical work, and oversee crisis and treatment planning services as part of a patient‑centered team.

The role focuses on developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen community

Qualifications

• Master's level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Licensed Ohio LISW or LPCC encouraged/required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department and supervise clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and review client visit notes as appropriate.
• Conduct detailed behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure crisis services coverage and participate in related teams and programs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Participate in 24/7 call coverage with leadership when needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
