Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for substance abuse counseling.
• Provide or ensure weekly clinical supervision for staff.
• Coordinate treatment with other services to ensure continuity of care.
• Assess staff and plan education, training, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure licensed/credentialed staff compliance with NJ regulations.
• Assist Senior Director in setting objectives and budgeting.
