Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure as RN.
• BLS Certification required.
• One-year behavioral health experience preferred.
• Education: BSN required or enrollment with completion within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care for behavioral health patients.
• Initiate referrals and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Record and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
